I have 14 years experiences as an HR professional, of which 8 of those have been spent in senior roles within the Pharma and Medical Devices Industries. Prior to joining PD, I worked as the HR Head for Africa at Alcon Laboratories, a Ophthalmic Medical Devices organization, that was then part of the Novartis Group. Prior to that, I worked for Zoetis, previously known as Pfizer Animal Health. I’ve also worked for SAB Miller, Varsity College and SABC. I hold a Degree in Communication, Diploma in HR Management & Training and Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law.
